Print does not start after BLtouch autolevel (no replies)

I am using a Ender 3 V2
yesterday I installed BL Touch module from Antclabs.
I changed the firmware to following from Creality site:
"4.2.2 Ender-3 v2 Marlin2.0.1 BLtouchV1.1.1without adapter board firmware"

My board version is 4.2.2 and the JST connector from BL touch is directly connected to the board BL touch port.

Then I changed the Z-offset to -3.1mm

Auto leveling woks fine and G29 command goes does it fine.

But my prints does not start.

I tried both from SD card and directly from USB

Heating and leveling/homing part works. But right at the printing phase it stops.

what is the problem with setup ?

I am not sure about the correct Z-offset but I guess this is not the reason for the error.
