Hi!
I have had my Rostock MAX V2 Delta printer upgraded with a BigTreeTech SKR 1.4 Turbo. All worked fine until I accidentally broke my hotend thermistor.
I since then bought new thermistors from Amazon and have been trying to get it to work.
The thermistors I´ve bought are these: [www.amazon.de]
To be honest, I didn´t know exactly if these were the best ones, but I figured 100K thermistor should work?
Anyway, I´ve tested the resistance with a multimeter they seem to work and the resistance decreases if I heat them between my fingers.
But when I try different settings in Malin 2.0 configuration.h, I get a "Err: MAXTEMP: E1" error when turining the board on. If I choose 998 (25 degree dummy sensor) for both bed and hotend it boots up ok. But the different 100K thermistor values I´ve tried gives me the same error. The values for the thermistors on Amazon are:
Here are the different presets in Marlin 2.0 as commented in the configuration.h file:
Does anyone know what could be the problem? Are 100K thermistors so vastly different? Should I buy new thermistors? if so, any recommendations?
Thank you for your help!
Best regards
