Upgrade part ANET A6 hardware and firmware, does this work ? (no replies)

The goal is to change a ANET A6 to :

MARLIN
ARDUINO MEGA 2560
RAMPS 1.4
DRV8825
LCD 12864

And keep :

12 VOLT POWER SUPPLY
THERMISTOR EXTRUDER
THERMISTOR HOTBED
STEPPERMOTORS
BLTOUCH
