X Y homing in wrong direction (no replies)

Seeking a bit of help.
Im trying to setup my CoreXY Printer.
When I go the S3D Manual controls the carriage moves correctly ++/--.
However when I tell it to home to the MINs it moves towards the MAX about 5mm.

Any info would help.
