2.0.x HotEnd Temp Plummets Before Print (no replies)

I've been having issues with my Printer lately, and it's starting to frustrate me. My printer is a Modified Ender-3, with an SKR v1.3 Board, Micro Swiss All Metal, Semitec 104GT Thermistor, TMC2130s on X/Y Sensor-less Homing, TMC2208 UART on Z, TMC2100 on E, BLTouch, and Filament run-out. I use Visual Studio Code, OctoPrint as my main way to control the printer, and my slicer is IdeaMaker, it automatically inserts Heat up g-code in the Start-Up Code. So before, every time i start a print, both the hot end/Bed heat up like they should. I have e-sun PLA+, and i have good results with temps at 220c/60c, and the print starts.. Unfortunately, ever since i updated Marlin from 2.0bugfix to 2.0, it doesn't print. It heats up like normally, gets to target temp, waits 10-20secs, and the Hot End plummets! Thermal Runaway doesn't detect it, and the printer just stops heating the nozzle, but keeps the bed at temp. I've done so many PID's to correct the issue, but all end with the same issue, it plummets. If I do a preset temp, it stays till the temperature times out. I even bought a new board, and an external Heat Bed Module to help regulate the temperature. Nothing, the issue still occurs. I've used the same Start g-code, and never had an issue, till i upgraded. I also disabled the auto Heat up g-code and added it myself in random points of the code, either before, between or after G28/G29.. But I've noticed something, the printer kinda hiccups when the M109 command reaches it's target temp, the printer moves to X10 Y225. nothing in my g-code tells it to start at that position. it does this even when it's suppose to home or level the bed, or start the wipe. But then nothing, it just stays there, and again few secs later the temp plummets on the nozzle. Something is wrong with the Pre-heating for sure, i just don't know what. Maybe i over-looked something in the firmware? Please if anyone can help, that'll be amazing. i just want to print again.
