I'm currently trying to set up linear advance on marlin. I have a print acceleration of 2400. My extruder accel is 5000 and the e steps are calibrated. I'm also using 32 microstepping on the extruder.
I try to compensate the high pressure in my bowden. I checked everything on the mechanical side, but my prints aren't perfect. Especially corners are a mess.
Set up junction deviation nor jerk didn't change a thing.
I enabled the LA_Debug mode to see whats going on. It seems that marlin wants to set the speed super high and then the acceleration is limited.

I think that exruder jerk has something to do with it, but I already tried 20, 30, 40, 50. At 50 the acceleration limited messages got less but my extruder started to under extrude.
I'm not entirely sure what the message eISR running at > 10kHz means. Does the ISR take to long for calculating?
Couldn't find anything in the internet about it.
So long story short:
What do the messages mean, how to prevent them?
