Lines I've changed in config files are marked with //##### for easy find/verify

In short: Endstops are not working: somehow M43 I1 does not seem to see any difference between shorted endstop and open one, (pullups enabled, endstop connected between GND and input pin)

Then I have the TMC connection error:
