X - axis is not homing but moves correctly (no replies)

Hi,
I have paused my work on a Hypercube and modified something on the Marlin firmware.

The problem now is when I home the X-axis the axis just moves about 1cm in the wrong direction and then it stops.
When I try to move it by hand it works OK.

Is it the homing speed and where can I change the homing direction?

Current config is attached.
