Intermittent Relay Temperature (no replies)

I changed the board of the Monoprice MIni v1 for Arduino Mega 2560/ramps 14.. everything is working perfectly, but the relay flashes when it reaches the extruder temperature. What can I do in firmiware to solve this ?
