Marlin Ramps 1.4 filament replacement or loading issue (no replies)

Hi community,

I own the printer that I assembled myself. Ramps 1.4 arduino atmega 2560. I installed Marlin 2.x, everything seems fine now, but when I give the commands to load filament from the screen, the Z axis wants to rotate very quickly and locks up, then it opens (watch the video, please). When I give the command to remove or load the filament from the extruder, it reacts very quickly and excessively fast. (I can add additional video). What command should I change with the settings in the marlin file?
