Issues with Z after upgrading To 2.1.1 (no replies)

I've got his rather annoying issue after upgrading firmware. The Z axis only wants to move down. If I raise manually and home it will crash down into the endstop and click.

X and Y are working as expected and home properly. In pronterface I can see the Z endstop is open until it hits then showed TRIGGERED. It sounds like maybe 4 rapid clicks when I try to home from the menu.

It's also trying to home Z first then X,Y and Z again if that matters. X and Y do the expected bounce after they trigger.

If I go into the menu to move an axis X and Y will go their respective directions as I hit +1 mm then if I go back to zero they return the other direction.

+1 on Z is down and -1 back to 0 is also down.

I was previously on 2.0.9.3 and oddly flashing back to that version I still have the issue.

This is a slightly modified Sovol SV01 with the silent board. The board says Creality 2.2.1 on the PCB and uses TMC2208 drivers.

I was upgrading firmware to see if I could get Linear Advance working since there were code improvements to it.

Enabling or disabling it doesn't seem to affect the Z axis issue.

The only physical change I made recently was the addition of a magnetic build plate.

I'm up for ideas if anyone has any and I've attached my config files.

Thanks.
