Free xy problem (delta printer) (no replies)

If I go to prepare-> move axis I am only getting the option to Free XY. if I select this option the carriages move up and ignore the endstops.
Previously I was able to move the x and y axis individually. I had to adjust a few things in the in Marlin firmware (rod lenght etc) and since then I haven't been able to move the x and y axis individually.

is there anyone that can help me out?
