Filament out after first layer (3 replies)

Hi everybody

I'm having a problem with Marlin 1.1.9.
I start printing and everything goes ok, but after the first layer extruder goes to the back of the printer and takes out all the filament and then noozle and bed temperatura goes down and cannot continuing print.

I would like some help on this as I cannot fix the problem.
