Hello,
I'm working with marlin on a customized CR10s. With the original board and firmware 1.x I was able to reach 300* (of course with a microswiss hotend).
Then I installed an SKR 1.3 and upgraded to marlin 2.X. Now it limits the overshoot option also on the thermistor table, which means 300* - 15* = 285*. I can understand this is for safety and that's why I prefer to just replace the thermistor but I'm unable to find the best option.
I'm reading and checking all the thermistor files in marlin firmware. It seems all are limited below 300* or go for an overkill solution and install a thermocouple with additional electronics.
I want a thermistor to safely work at 300*, maybe reach 320* for testing purposes. Of course well supported in marlin and easy to get from online stores. What's my best option?
Regards.
